Napersoft CCM Featured in DocuSign Webinar for the Insurance Industry
Napersoft’s Customer Communication Management (CCM) solution has been featured in DocuSign’s webinar for the Insurance Industry. DocuSign, the market leader and global standard for electronic signature, and Napersoft, specialized in document automation solutions for the insurance and other industries, have partnered to demonstrate the electronic signing process of an Auto Insurance Application using Napersoft CCM’s enterprise document management creation system integrated with DocuSign’s electronic signing functionality. The webinar demonstrates the creation of an Auto Insurance Application, personalized with the customer’s information, electronic signature with phone authentication by the customer, followed by routing of the signed Auto Application to the insurance company’s agent for approval and signature. The final signed document in PDF format is then routed to both the agent and the customer for processing and archiving. Click here to view the webinar.
